As police and gestapo roll on past
He's done nothing wrong as he walks the street
But he catches the eye of the copper on the beat.

Sirens wail – lights flash
In a state of panic our protagonist will dash
Doesn't know why he's making a run
But the copper doesn't care as he pulls out his gun.

The body falls – our victim's dead
One sure shot to the back of the head
A search of his pockets reveals nothing's wrong
So the corpse now wears a backpack with a bomb.

Five years later and still no trial
And cases like these aren't even filed
The kid was only shot for being darker than you
Shot by the Nazi boys in blue.
